This is an unpublished draft of Yummy Future Investor Update No. 15, shared for internal review. It has not been posted to Wefunder and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. Figures are month-end point-of-sale actuals for January–April 2026; the full Reg CF disclosure is at the foot of the page.
This styled page is a preview. The version that would actually be posted is plain text — Wefunder's editor removes all styling.
Monthly Ops · August 2026 · No. 15
April revenue was $144,315 across our three stores — the high month of January through April, and up from $63,130 in January. Those are month-end POS actuals for Palo Alto, Champaign 401, and Champaign 609, summed from the point-of-sale exports rather than estimated. This update covers what we changed in Champaign, what the four-month shape shows, and where the operating pressure sits right now.
Three stores, four months, one platform. The round is open on Wefunder.
The operating story of the year so far is Champaign. We took that site from concept to live as a matcha-led venue in under one week, and we did it without touching the hardware: same robotic unit, same software, same service model, with a new brand, a new recipe, and new in-store visuals. That is the clearest evidence we have that the platform is the asset and the menu is a setting. Switching category cost us recipe work and one week, not a rebuild.
The four-month shape was not smooth. January to February added about 50%, February to March about 10%, and March to April about 38%, across the same three stores throughout. The pressure sits in Palo Alto, our youngest store since it opened in October 2025. It still moves week to week, and staffing and supplying against a line that will not sit still is the work in front of us right now. That is why I report the all-store monthly series instead of a single run-rate.
Two more actuals for the file. The platform has served 240,000+ cups since it opened. And marketing spend in 2025 was approximately $4.7K, none of it on product marketing.
If you have run multi-site operations through this kind of week-to-week swing, tell me how.
